Category: Development kitDescription: Evaluation board, used for NN30195A 6A DC-DC buck regulator, with power MOSFET NN30195A is a synchronous DC-DC buck regulator (1-channel), with integrated power MOSFET, and adopts hysteresis control system. Through this system, when the load current suddenly changes, it will respond at high speed and minimize the variation of output voltage to the greatest extent possible. Because it can use capacitors with small capacitance and does not require external components for system phase compensation, this IC can achieve device miniaturization and reduce the number of external components. The output voltage can be adjusted by the user. The maximum current is 6A. The high-speed response DC-DC buck regulator circuit integrates two 25m Ω (typical) MOSFETs using a hysteresis control system, with high efficiency. It can switch between FCCM (continuous)/SKIP (discontinuous) modes. Input voltage range: AVIN: 4.5V to 5.6V, PVIN: 2.9V to 5.6V. Output voltage range: 0.6V to 3.5V. Built in 0.6V ± 1% reference voltage can be selected. Switching frequency is 500kHz/1MHz/2MHz, adjustable soft start, low working and standby static current to PGOOD pin.
